Homeowners’ HOA dues are due January 1st of each calendar in the amount of $125.

They can be delivered to the mailbox on the pillars at the entrance of the neighborhood, or mail them to

Mailed dues must be postmarked by January 31st. After this date, they are subject to late fees and interest, as outlined in the Covenants and Restrictions.
